The following error is showing inside of the Enterprise Alert log:
"System was unable to log <user> in. Maildrop opened for exclusive access by another user".
Simultaneous access by two active EA nodes in HA cluster.
- Switch failover mode to Active/Passive, so that just one instance is accessing the mailbox, or
- Deactivate the synchronization of email configuration between the nodes by:
- changing the DB value of [EnterpriseAlert].[dbo].[Modules].[ConfigurationUpdateInterval] for the module "mmemail" from 1 to 7
- setup different intervals for "Interval For Querying POP3 Account In Minutes" in the email notification channel
